- Cats climb trees because they either want a bird or squirrel, or they get scared and run right up. Their claws are curved so they can be used like hooks for climbing, can't be used going down.

- Thank goodness these animals were rescued. They can't go back to their previous owners - they're not property. They are living, feeling creatures, and deserve better treatment. I would have liked to have read more about the kitties. They suffered as much as any of the dogs.

- Enough with the crazy cat lady crap. If you've ever seen that show Hoarding, there are as many crazy canine people accumulating dogs, and live in nasty, filthy conditions, too. Cat, dog or newspaper collectors - these people need help.

- It says right on the sign "Arlington National Cemetery" so if she's mocking the Silence and Respect, as her Dad explains, she needs to learn how to read. Some things can be absurd - this is NOT one of them. This is a blatant lack of any idea of what Arlington represents.
